PhInt-Phd student Verena Müller attended two conferences in March 2026:

  1. The DPG Spring Meeting of the Condensed Matter Section, took place from March 8 to 13 in Dresden. Verena Müller gave a talk on “Self-assembly of linear three-ring aromatic thiols on Au(111) and their conversion into 2D molecular materials”.
  2. The Bunsen-Tagung 2026 “Properties and Processes under Confinement” took place from March 30 - April 01 2026 in Dresden. Verena Müller presented her poster on “Preparation and Characterization of Photoswitchable Carbon Nanomembranes”. PhInt-PI Prof. Dr. Benjamin Dietzek-Ivanšić (Leipzig) was one of the three chair of the conference.
